Jung Ho Kim is a black market weapons dealer looking to find and demonstrate his current wares for the Speed Death Tournament.
He's a good dancer and a decent boxer. At any given moment he can just about have any weapon in his parachute pants.
His demeanor is sweet and shy, there is a sense of bravado when he is in action. However given the context of his job it can be interpreted as twisted and insane.
