So in 1945 the US bombed the shit out of Hiroshima, which became a nuclear hellhole. All this nuclear waste caught the attention of a gigantic astral vampire bat, who fed on radioactive materials. He came to earth to feed upon the now semi-radioactive hibakusha (victims of the nuclear bomb) and the mutant monsters that spawned from the destruction. People began reporting sightings of a gigantic bat monster, which the papers called Koumori Sugoi. In order to go unnoticed he assumed a human form and went by the name Hiru Kakusaigai. He was entranced by the Japanese rock n\' roll scene and decided to become a part of it. His utter inability to play guitar and vampiric look made him a near legend to the growing Japanese Punk fanbase. Noone ever questioned the fact that he never aged.

Years passed and he began to forget his alien nature. He assimilated completely to the Japanese culture, feeding occasionally on nuclear power plants and cancer patients. One night while playing a show with his band, Brood Drop, a giant monster attacked the city. Hiru leaped into action, now feeling the compulsion to save his new peers, transforming into his original form and utterly blowing his cover. The people of Japan, however, embraced him as a hero and his band\'s popularity skyrocketed. Magazine covers, TV spots, his very own movie, but his new fans knew nothing of his need to feed on radioactive energy. His feedings caused blackouts, and the people he would drain usually turned up dead. He began traveling the world to feed, calling it an international tour. While playing a gig in Void City however, someone decided to invite a whole bunch of monsters over to ruin everything, including his show. Now Hiru is out for vengeance in the name of the fans.
