Tribal Andy is a very lonely Voodoo queen. She lives up in the mountains away from everyone, because she fears the savage people below. In turn, the people fear the strange, mysterious woman of the mountains.

She makes dolls of people that she observes, sometimes using them to bend others to her will, but most times just talking to them.

Tribal Otis is a big wolf/dog thing that Andy found and raised.
