Fredric. 27 years old. 6 foot tall. 137 pounds.

A charismatic and enigmatic leader of a cult. His personality would best be
described as psychologically disturbed, he shows traits of a volatile cocktail
of autism, obsessive compulsive disorder, and manic depression. He had an
abusive and destructive childhood including an upbringing in a whorehouse,
begging on the streets, living in a young offenders's prison, and apparently
being abducted by aliens.

The pipes on his back apparently come from this alleged abduction. Pipes
which emit a strange liquid gas hybrid that has the power to both physically
and mentally change the world around it. Whether the actions of the 'smoke'
are based upon rational decisions by Fredric is a mystery as he does not
talk about how it works. Some claim it to be an unintentional outpouring of
his emotions, some a deadly weapon, and the more suspicious believe he is
simply a host to an hostile alien organism.
