Winter : An alien from Khione an ice planet where he is a prince his father recently died putting him inline for the throne wich would get in the way of his 'fun' so he left and ended up on earth. His actual name is Boreas but only people from his home planet would refer to him as this .
Winters attitude to life is up beat do what ever you want and having fun he has no problem with killing or causing trouble he doesn't really see it that way or think about anyone but himself and what hes off to next .

he has general ice/water/cold powers whatever you can think of really

looks wise tight clothes and flamboyant is the genral idea
