A week later, and no internet access in between.  It sucked to not see Mikal\'s right away, but I\'m happy to see he\'s done his homework on Tess!  Delightfully malevolent.  Nothing to say for my \"effort\" other than disappointment--hopefully shorter battle times will change that.

sorry to hear about your computer problems there mikal, it happens to everyone at some point.  lets hope this is your only problem with your fights.  i can\'t really comment because this isn\'t your completed work

i can follow the general idea for yours burning wave, but it would have been nice to have some quick word bubbles or something so that we knew exactly what was going on and being said.

as far as votes, though yours was more detailed with the lettering mikal i\'m going with the burningwaves because his was a little more complete even though it had some rough spots.  but this was close

A rematch is most definately in store.  If you guys finished it would be dynamite stuff, to quote my biology teacher.

Man-oh-man I wish you guys had been able to finish, both of you.  Mikal, yours was obviously more entertaining, and I liked the dialogue.  Tess - your art is really kickin\', but with the bare-bones sketches and lack of script towards the end, it just suffered so much.  I hope you can push out pages like the first for future battles, I seriously like your style.

Don\'t sweat it Mikal, shit happpens. Both you guys would have had pretty nice comics had they been finished, but the result shows how good at art you guys are, even if it is just line art. TBW, however, had the less finished comic, so my votes go to Mikal, who, although the story itself was unfinished, still was coherent and fairly dynamic.

*hangs head in shame*

Mikal: Pretty good, but lack of background really makes your half look empty and unfinished, seriously, can\'t have all white for backgrounds man, put something in there! Birds, Telephone pole men, anything to make it look intresting! Other than that, you had a decent story going on here man... but a pity it\'s not all on paper if you know what I mean.

TBW: Good amount of pages man, but the unfinished quality and story left me sad like a sad panda thing. I really wish this was finished man because it looks like you could of taken this to a whole nother level.

Even vote from me ... I really wish we could of seen something nice and finished with this fight.

For those wondering: The rest of my battle went as such
Starting page 5 Mikal fires off a missed shot at Tess who begins raining down lightning spells back to back with the added assistance of Cosmo Babylon.  Mikal stays on the definsive dodging until she fires of a ball lightning spell, which he counters by using SnipeHeart as a lightning rod, rolling out of the way and using the added time to fire off an earth spell that pops a stalgtite out of the floor. Tess deflects it with CB but after she blows up the rock to clear her line of sight she sees Mikal throwing something at her. A bullet infuse with a darkness globe spell envelopes CB and locks it in place.  Tess scoff, not needing it to cass her magic. Mikal then remarks that she probably can\'t BLOCK his next attack without it. Tess then notices the whole time he was dodging her previous spells he was carving a banisher circle in the rooftop with SnipeHeart, which he activates banishing her back to her Dimentional Library and leaving him and Cosmo Babylon to do some easy reading.

agreed bro. hit me up in aim or email and maybe we can start planinng something for after the reopening of void after the shutdown

I apologize to our viewers.  I uploaded all my roughs and the grand total of finished pages to show what I was working up to at this point. I don\'t have the convenience of an excuse.  I just didn\'t plan around it.  Mikal, you and I need a rematch, pronto.

First off I want to appologize to TBW, he deserved a better battle than this.  My work, and I mean all of it, was lost when my 2nd HD was corrupted and most of my art files (battle included) were lost.  10 pages of full color work gone.  So what\'s left?  The first 4 pages only and in sever rough form.  I refused to forfiet though but after requesting an extention I had to put something up.
But you know what they say, excuses are like assholes, everybody\'s got one so *sigh*
