This is how you do a silent comic. A+
I think in lieu of packing this with dialogue, you packed it with rich bold unconventional colors and even better art. Some of the visuals that slowly draw us into the story are great. From page 1 this doesn't feel rushed and there's a definite ease and stagnation as we follow along on Klepps trudge through Void. I especially dig the juxtaposition of the mess that is Klepp sleeping on the street with a backdrop of perfectly pristine houses behind him.
You utilized your green and red palate in a way that didn't feel like Christmas. It felt smoggy, sickly, and really got us to get an inkling of Klepps mood. I especially dig the second panel on page 2 with the long shadow the Antiques sign gives us. Really cool compositions in this! cutting in the yellow of the flute only to transition to the warm yellow colors of the Red Eye cafe is fantastic transition. It doesn't feel like a jump in your color composition and still makes the acquisition of the flute stand out. It all seems so effortlessly done I definitely applaud you for some radical work.

klepp buddy nooo DX
Wow the colors were striking here. Every page sort of told its own story. Page 5 I am wondering why he didn't try the instrument out? Is it doubt? Shame? Really making me think about it, which is a good sign of a thoughtful engaging story. I feel empathy for the character, and that can sometimes be hard to pull off in a short comic. Good use of lighting and composition. Great comic

Klepp sliding down' that rabbit hole heh? Gritty, dark, dirty, everything i love. The colors tones especially are well used for this kind of ambiance.

yarnwitch: I love this style you're doing!!!!
I actually didn't have much trouble following the way the comic was laid out. it was like he got something wonderful and shiny, but then the light was gone, and it was back to normal in a flash.
This was really good. I don't have a lot to crit.

Heathen: This is beautifully illustrated, but I don’t think I understand the ending. Did the recorder disappear, or did he merely imagine stealing it?
Nice work finishing this comic at last!

Hey! I was gonna save commenting on the website until I'd uploaded my first comic, but I really don't wanna miss this opportunity. I absolutely love this piece. I love the start of the second page where he's kind of fading into the city mist; it really characterises his fugue state. The proportions of Jiko coulda been tightened up on the third page, but a nice touch. I really liked the top of the fourth page, it really stands out like it could be a piece on its own. Anyway, absolutely loved it, great job.

Klepp's back baby! This comic was started 6 months ago, I worked on it for a while and then dropped it due to school, but now months later I've finally finished it. I hope you guys read it!
