First of all, I loved the shadow over Veronica's eyes and the view from Theo's angle. It really helps make Theo feel small and helpless when it comes to his own mother. I'm not caught up on Veronica's backstory but I look forward to finding out what led up to this.

I am in love with the use of black here! It's so well placed, both as shadows and to establish mood/background.
I don't know much about Veronica, but this sure makes me want to dig into it and find out more.
The perspective doesn't really work well I think on the 4th page, and the interior shot of the room on page two feels a little too empty to be a place where people live.
But the action is tight and the panel where she cuts through all the dresses is heartbreaking. Good job!

This was some interesting character development for them both that I've seen. Especially since I'm not on the up and up about everyone's backstories. I wonder what made Veronica so cold? I wouldn't want to be Theo, and the sympathy I feel for his situation is kind of crazy. Good job tugging on those heartstrings!
I loved when the first page loaded and I saw that beautiful establishing scene. That house was gorgeous. Unfortunately, right into page 2 that interior loses that crisp prettiness. ; _ ; I know its a lot of work, so I understand.
You always utilize that lightning background really well. I want to make sure I learn that from you by studying.
Keep up the good work, Kura!

Desichan: Though I feel like if there was one thing I noticed, it felt so swift how she changed her mind, it took me a moment to realize, that wait... She's letting him stay dressed that way? There was reasoning behind it, but it seemed slightly rushed right there, but else than that, the story is Grade A, great dialogue!

It was more like Veronica being a bitch about it. She isn't saying she's letting him dress up because she agrees with it. It's more of a sarcastic comment on how much she hates the father.

Jeeeez Veronica, If Tsumi hadn't already been kicked out of Caelum she'd have reason to get thrown out now. hehe. Excellent work with all the heavy lines, detailed bits of background, and those brilliant swooshes. The dramatic angles are an excellent choice, but lose some depth when the cylindrical shapes fall a little flat. Might help to do some practice on cylinder shapes and wrapping lines/clothing/folds around them.

Again, your story telling is on point kura. I really felt for poor Theo. There were some parts, especially the last page, that felt a little rushed lineart wise. But other then that it was solid through and through.

well, guess who's not winning the mother of the year award ! Veronica is definitly not mother material (why did i expect otherwise? hahaha) tension was so high i called Veronica names (in french ) when getting at page 3. And let me tell you, that's awesome (not child abuse, that's not cool) cuz in Void, I always expect comics to suckerpunch me in the gut.... that comics did it with a shotgun

This was a great comic! I especially liked that background in your second page, which looks absolutely amazing, and the usage of silhouette on the final page's last panel! Really great comic, and the writing as always was pretty great... I feel like artwise, the first page's bottom panel looked a slight bit strange, with how the foreshortening of Veronica looks, and her chin looks somewhat bizarre there. I do love the tones you put in the bottom panel of your fourth page. They look amazing!
I think its cool cuz I feel like a lot of your art is looking quite better from even your last battle, I feel like the way you draw faces especially shines in this comic!
