Scary: Love the cute pastel colours that feature in this one. This comic felt a lot like Holden and Lilly vs Louise- it would have been more rewarding as a reader to see you face the challenge Bill presented you more head on and get a little more creative with how you used the characters. I think in future a shorter story/fewer panels would also allow you to take more care with your drawings, which look rushed in quite a few places.

Energy:
There's the start of something great in here, thank you for sharing it! I can see you're getting better and better with your backgrounds and perspective from even just these sketches - well done!

Scary: Ah those two sillies keep showing up. VOID's troubled sweethearts. I'm a little out of the loop I think because I'm not completely sure what was going on, but I liked that mood transition with the colors and the switch to silhouettes.

Energy: I'm curious to see what this would have become. Looks like you have a cartoony jaw drop, among other things. Don't forget to push the entire face as a whole whe you go for a big expression like that. Also, I see you handling figures in 3D space. Don't forget that things like bent arms won't look their full lenth when angled toward or away from the camera.

@waves Oh Jeez. Okay I love this so much?!? Also your bill is really well drawn, like i'm super impressed. I have no idea what's going on backstory wise with the characters, but I REQUIRE MORE. So i'm hooked there. I know how bill is related to louise, sorta. and i know holden and lilyfeather are a thing. I just gotta go through the archives here now, so like A+ for the curiousity piquing. Also, the top two panels of page 3, that color effect you did was just. WOW. scary and disorienting, and it really added to it. Good job!
@energy I think I can see where you're going with this! I actually like getting to see your sketches here, and what you're doing with your perspective. Its looking like you're improving, and I am excited for your future comics! Unfortunately I can't give much feedback on this one with such limited information.

waves: damn you draw the scariest Louise lol! the colours and the way you do the 3D lineart really sold the terrifying effect, though you kinda lost it when the last 2 panels went Easter pastel, I might have picked something a little harsher. I do sort of agree with bobo that WHY louise is terrifying to Holden is a bit lost- i mean I know, but for the people who didnt read, or didnt understand, or forgot that part of Valentines it might have been good to do a slight recap so that this comic feels more self contained. Also A+++ Holden and Lily being adorable together bless

energy: it happens man, just do better next time.

Scarywaves: Your camerawork so to speak is on point for this one you have a good visual eye of what are interesting and easy-to-read shots. This is an improvement from previous work and it's clear that you've been practicing. There are some moments where the colors are doing more work than the lines and you want to strike a greater balance with the two. Keep practicing with your body proportions as well to eventually squeeze out the wishywashyness of body shapes

Energy: I'm of the personal opinion that anything is better than a default, so I appreciate that you dropped down *something* for what I know has been a challenging few weeks for you with a character you are completely uncomfortable drawing. Don't let this get you down, pick yourself up and get back on that horse~

@scarywaves: I am such a bad character parent that I actually didn't know why Louise showed up for a second. I'm glad you were able to use that connection to make Bill's story connect with Holden's in such a spooky way. That said, there is so much backstory required to understand this one comic that it doesn't really stand well on its own. I actually don't know what Holden's history with Louise is, so I don't think I got the full desired effect you were going for. You did a good job of showing how scary Louise is to Holden and how much it terrified him, but it still just lacked a bit of extra punch that I think you could have given the story. As far as the art goes, it felt a bit messy and Bill was like 1/3 his real size haha. But I loved the colors and the expression you gave to the comic, so well done there. I look forward to more of Holden's story as this tournament continues!

@Energy: Obviously I'm disappointed, but I know you didn't want Bill from the beginning and I have to applaud the effort you put into drawing him. I think if you had finished he would have turned out really nice actually. Other than that, I have almost no idea what's going on, but I LOVE the jaw drop on the first page hahahah. Please keep pushing and maybe draw more animals! I think you're better at it than you think!

scarywave:.....OMFG i almost pissed my pants. Where did I go wrong with that girl ^^"  Holden's trauma is just so intense !! Bill is ore like of a catalyst for Holden's breakdown, maybe you can then explore Holden's recovery and Lily helping (yet) another peep with mental scars, like she did with Satin?

Energy: Funny it seems you and Scary both explored the "Bill meet Holden AND lily" just so sad you couldn't make it.
