These Both are great !
Karma:nice qualitty overall, the stor itself is okay,it does the job ,
Line art is tight ,altho the background in some panels look incorrect or to cramped.
overall a really decent comic.
Fern: HOLY CRAP,.....you blew me away with yours to be honest, love the pacing ,the story, how self explantory it is without words, the art style,..very novel like i even dare to say that it reads out like studio Ghibli short,...LOVE it,seriously one of the better story's i have read on this site,it all just connected to each other,nd to me .Keep on Going !!

Brilliant!! Both of these are great reads!
Karma: Your most successful visuals seem to happen when you use heavy blacks. Eg Top middle panel on page 3 and top two panels on page 4. You're using them competently on your characters throughout, but it'd be great to see it applied in your backgrounds to build some depth and form. With some practice it would be good to see you using some blacks to define the form of your characters, too.
I think that maybe the hyena character looks a little er... happy? When snarling. I think the corners of the mouth came up too high and it reminded me more of a playful puppy than a snarling predator in a boxing ring! Animals snouts tend to crease and curl up when snarling- maybe take a peek at some pics on google to get what I mean. It's just a shame because it seemed to suddenly soften the action and broke the tension a little too much!! Otherwise I found these characters very likeable and by the end I was very taken into their world and camaraderie.
FERN HOLY SHIT YOUR HATCHING ARE YOU A MACHINE I BET YOU ARE SECRETLY?!!?!?!?!?
Honestly, you already know my feelings about this comic. Very interesting concept- the end felt so sad and empty! It really communicated a lot of emotion without words. Good job!
One lil niggle- i think your DPS would have had more impact if it were smaller. I fell like you probably intended it to be? Overall I think DPS work best somewhere between 1250 and 1000px width.
Great work, both of you!!! :DD

I'll admit I was more visually dazzled than truly on the wagon in terms of understanding your story, but I figure in the end that wasn't what was truly important about enjoying this comic- at least to my eye.
KARMA- Aw wut! FURRY FIGHT CLUB. I like that it's called bite club. Very apropo. I'll admit, artistically, your comic is pretty straightforward. Even more so when it goes toe to toe with your opponents, but its clear the both of you had fun doing your thing and turned in some pretty engaging comics. Yours had a short sweet story I could get behind and it had hyenas, which are like my fav animal. I do wish in the fight sequence there was more impact added to the punches and swings these two inflict. Maybe with more sound effects, or use of your inks, but they just feel like glancing blows. Maybe that's what you intended them to be. I did like your choice of furries and the fact they were rather unconventional. Was that a type of vulture in bottom panel of page two? Really dig the facial markings
Definitely unlike what we expect here, but I think that's what made these comics pretty neat. I'm always stoked to see comics coming from both you's guys, so keep up the good work!
