Thanks for your critiques!
I blame it mostly on the small amount of time that i had.
Or to say it in other words, i bit off more than i could chew...
I made backgrounds in the first pages until i realised, that i would not have enough time.
For the next time i will at least try "one page one background"
I know that the building looks very bland and i think i know what my mistake was and allready have an idea to make it better.
I still try to make the poses look less stiff, and i'm still working on that!
I think my dialogues suffer from some kind of language barrier and i do my best to make them understandable
The whole comic was pretty rushed and i think that i will not participate in one weekers in the future as they put me into too much stress.
I just needed to take this as an opportunity to get back into making comics and i will pay for this and learn from it on the other hand

Jii: I like the way you illustrate movement! your panels look a tad messy (works better in some areas than others (like what animeshen said)), but I was able to read along smoothly!
E.E: great clean and crisp pages! although it looks crisp, it's a bit too white. Including contrasting colors would make a difference! (It almost looks too white and grey~ throw in some more blacks!) and maybe work on loosening up the characters a bit. They look a little stuff~
Great battle though! I was thoroughly entertained by both! <3

Duly noted and understood. Was trying a quicker method and realised the later pages didn't come out that good. Eraser will prove useful, also switching to A3 for the next one. A4 too small for my scribbly hands with small panels.

eye scars for everybody!! =D
Jii, its a little messy, and for some panels that actually sorta works cuz it lends to some cool dramatic lighting but in others it sort of detracts, like when Nereide makes her grass arm blades it just looks scribbly and makes the whole scene a bit hard to read. Like Pocky said, a little eraser could be a handy tool for that type of art, for adding highlights and directing the eye. I think also you need a bolder outline on the characters so they don't blend into the background. I like the plot, you fit a lot into very few pages and made every panel count, you have great use of panel layout and theres some good composition in the fight. great job!
encounter, your backgrounds are a little bland and lifeless but technically they look pretty good in the first couple pages, but then they vanish! this is a big fight in a small store, they should be knocking over plants and stuff. what you have looks good though, and your expressions are getting better too, although your gestures could still be a little more dramatic, the fight scene reads a bit stiff. I'm getting a better sense of Nereide's personality, I like to see her grow more as a character. good to see you fighting again, I like your comics!

For the both of you, the fights were pretty cool, it might have been cooler if it was a deathmatch
Jii, messing with pencilwork?. I know when I used to do intricate pencil stuff, I could make highlights by using a VERY TINY eraser. This is one of the ones I recommend:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002U0JBSK/ref=as_li_tf_il?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B002U0JBSK&linkCode=as2&tag=jaloar-20
It's rectangle shape so you can get multiple widths, and unlike the even smaller circle one, it doesn't break as easily. Super great for just those teeeny weeeny spots you just want a little highlight for.
Eveilencounter: I like parts of the dialogue, very fun. Page two, bottom three panels, wasn't quite sure what was going on (and got to work on that eye on the same page, panel 1).

And so I attempted a speed method and got it done like a day early. Lesson learnt, do these things on A3 next time.
Uploaded. I hope this uploads properly, this new uploader thingamajig is pretty wierd.
