Thanks Guys time for me to repond to ALL the comments now!
Puzzlething: Thanks for the advice I'm surly to try them out! Yeah once I finished I realized I should have gone thru the Adventure Time comics to see how they dealt with Flat Saturated colors for and usage of backgrounds.
Julz: I thought about doing sexy but my idea of POM was something super cute.
LeFred: I've been going thru my comic to see what you were pointing out. I'll see to it to try and blend them more.
Bobo: The second i saw you post Princess Solidarity I thought THESE WOULD MAKE THE BESTEST OF FRIENDS and even though you didn't get in I thought I would still use him because of the idea of them being friends was too adorable not to put in.
Tofubeast: Yeah I'm kinda sad how I ended it so abruptly. I thought I was due on Friday so I planned it out for 6 pages and when I finished and found out it was due on monday it seemed like too much to deconstruct the entire story to pan into a 6-7th page story. :[
Adam@!: I thought that lady bug seen was the best thing to show POM's life thanks of liking it lol
Maester Kent: I'm glad someone else said POM lmao i've been referring her as POM and thought about making that a thing in the comic. I delibratly used "deus ex machina" as a comedic device with POM because I wanted her to be cute and not have the intent to kill anyone in the death match.
PyrasTerran: It only gets more Bizarre! Yeah looking through I should have added more to the backgrounds.
pineapple pocky: I was hoping to make POM's remain the same as much as possible and seem bland unless when a dramatic situation happens his face totally changes as a comedic device. I guess it would have been more effective if the story would be a bit longer.
Gregly: I think the conflict ended too early too, Its mainly my fault.
Thanks everyone for thinking it was Cute and Funny at least that got through ahahah! Sorry for the coloring and abrupt ending next time it'll but more into those.
as for you QYZEX! I AWAIT OUR NEXT BATTLE!
Prettiest Princess Tournament, Round 1 / Princesst vs. Princess Old Man

Qyzex: this looks super nice! I got a little confused by the animated panel with the punch because I read it too fast I guess. I like these characters, they make some good villains!
Seevah: yours is really colorful which is good, plus bonus points for including other princesses! The conflict got resolved a little too easily though, I think.

Wow two different sides of a princess in each battle.
Qyzex: I like the color choices, but I think when the story got more sadistic, it could have been even more darker if you switched from warmer colors to more cooler colors, like blue and purple. Love the animation, nice choice of choosing the panels for them, and not excessively doing it. Just some random thoughts on how to make it darker, Katie should have been grabbing Lola's boob instead of neck, if they really got powers from incest. And in the next page, and maybe they'd look like they're enjoying it more if they blushed a little when they were really feeling the enjoyment. And to add to the spice, maybe Katie (Lola?) should have had her hands down under her sister's dress when she was saying "don't worry love, I'll make it up to you later'. This is, if you wanna bump it up a notch If you want inspiration on this, there's plenty of manga out there for reference.
Seevah: Old man is a loving guy, but the story was too sudden. I think if there was some page between 4 and 5 with an explanation of what the hell just happened, it would have worked out a lot better. Another thing is that the characters' expressions were very bland in the first three pages. Just changing the direction of the eyebrows isn't enough to change their emotions on those pages. Last two were much better though.

Qyzex: really, really good art, and very cool animation. This feels like a french extremity film, this is actually the only comic of the lot I've read that made me feel very uncomfortable. Entertainment for me took a dip as a result, because I didn't like how it made me feel at the end, but that's really just a subjective matter. I can't deny the quality of the comic and the fact that you garnered any kind of emotion from folks is an accomplishment i suppose.
Seevah: this is a bizarre but cute world you concocted. I think you could have done more with the colors or the backgrounds, or both.
Good job guys

Glad to see both of you back in action !
Oyz - I was simultaneously squicked and intrigued (but not aroused luckily) by your princesses--I think they could be really good recurring villains. Your comics before were really good but I see you've improved a whole lot. The color choice, and oh yeah the LIGHTING was great--a nice amber glow, like the kind of golden sunny evening in which princesses frolick happily, except in this case it was POM's misfortune to cross two twisted sisters. Also, the way they killed POM? I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about that before *shameface* I'm interested in seeing where you take this style in the future!
Seevah - So CUUTEE!!! I really love POM--so adorable, and I appreciate her (I shall adamantly stick with "her" ) friendliness and philosophy. The end was a bit quick and sort of "deus ex machina", but I can accept that POM just has that cheerful affect on people. I hope to see more of this princess in the future. Great job!

Ok both of these are just awesome. A great match up!
Qyzex: ok good times. Lol great lighting and atmosphere in this one. The shots and the select animations where great! The wind up and punch was great! Great writing and a truly dark pair of princesses. Not sure I'd like to meet them... Anywhere actually. Awesome job!
Seevah: you had me interested from the start! That "guess not" lol great! I feel bad for old man princess in both of these I hope if you do continue on he makes a friend lol. And kudos on the princess solidarity addition! I feel like those two could find plenty to talk about over a cup o' tea.

I apologize for the timing. I timed it out myself, with how fast I tend to read panels, I'm going to assume I read through stuff slower than others, haha.

Qyznos: seconding leFred on the weird timing that some of the panel animation has (sometimes I'd click away too fast from a page without realizing something was moving on it), but the tone was spot on and this looked fairly polished.
AWAKEN MY SEEVAHS: SUPER CUTE. I feel that the ending was a bit too abrupt, but it was still a fairly entertaining read.

Qyzex: Every time you reappear on VOID your stuff just gets more and more beautiful. The tones and textures were really cool, and I love the animated panels. And your weird gross incestuous princesses are entertaining in their own twisted way. Definitely different from what I was expecting from this tourney!
Seevah: BONUS POINTS FOR PRINCESS SOLIDARITY. I feel honored to be included in your comic, even though I didn't end up in the tourney. Your comic definitely took me by surprise, especially after reading Qyzex's comic. Your princess is so adorable, I hate to see him die. Keep up your good work, man!

Two really cool comics here guys.
QySEX. Them be some some sick princesses. It's a great looking comic, and although I'm usually a big fan of animation in comics, I think this actually detracted from it by imposing a rythm to certain panels. For example, the panel where she puunches Old Man, I didn't notice that she was saying a sentence, I just thought that she said 'the fuck' because then I was looking at her punching him instead of reading the bubble, and then I was at the next panel, but if I want to get that punching panel for it's whole value, then I have to stay on it for longer, but it's a small panel that isn't condusive to longer staring. It doesn't help either that some of the animation are not nice loops but just snap back, that makes it feel artificial and out of place, I feel. Or like, the one where it's just the blood splashing from her hands, her hands are not doing anything, why is that blood going all crazy over her? So yeah, I'm for the most part not crazy of the animation parts you've made for this.
Seevah. Fucking cute and funny comic. The softer bits of colour, like in the sky or when they're merging do look a bit sloppy, try to blend it more or go with something more solid or something, we can feel the digital brush here. I don't got much to say because, well, this just works for me.

Qyzex- Aww man dude this is such a sexy comic. Very... lude ;000
I can't really say much about it; I'm really digging the perspectives and the shadows and aghhh
Seevah- Interesting story, I like the paneling. The colors with the lines did seem wonky at times like puzzle said. Threw it off a bit but not too badly. I expected something sexier honestly, but this ending was super cute!

Qyzex -
It's crazy that you had time to not only color this so beautifully, but also get some motion stuff in there! I don't know how you had time for the rest of your life, and your webcomic on top of that. I also really liked that texture you used in some of the darker shadows, and I think that you used it just the right amount. If you had put it everywhere it would've just been overwhelming. I didn't get super into the writing or anything, but it's lovely work dude!

SOLIDARITY! Princess Old man is so cute, but then again I feel like I spend most of my time fawning over how cute all the characters in this tournament are.
I heard you talking on the podcast about how you just started doing digital coloring, and I totally feel that pain. It can be super hard to get colours right without physical media reigning you in a little bit. I feel like your colors get way too intense and saturated, and it doesn't feel like you're paying attention to how they relate to one another. It's like your just going "Grass is green, sky is blue, dress is pink" etc etc, choosing colours without considering what shades and values of green/blue/pink will look nice with each other. You can always try creating a colour story beforehand. That way you can make sure all the colours work together without having to think about/be-influenced-by the actual stuff in the comic, and you can just refer back to it whenever you need to.
Awesome comics guys, it's crazy how professional and nice every SDT fight is!
