thanks everyone! This is my very first battle on the site, I hope to get better and better from here! I confess I did have to rush my ending so it came up a bit cliche, I will try to write something better next. (And I know my perspective is a problem, I cant quite wrap my head around it but I'm working on it, sorry!)

Deyla: Great art style!Your comic was simple, but it kept me wanting to know what was going to happen next. I would've liked to seen a little more interaction with your character and animeshen's character, but overall, it was very well done!!!

Animeshen: I love the color and character interaction! I loved her reaction to Deyla's character! The beginning of the comic seemed sudden by the way a random dead body was thrown in there, but aside from that, great job!!

Delya:  Brah your comic was cool. Quality wise, it's pretty top notch, Story wise, A bit on the simple side when it came to the character interaction, but still good. Page 3 last panel, Grey's silhouette could have been more transparent to give more of a ghostly feeling rather than giving her the same solid look as Nex and Oz. Not much I can say other than that. good job


Animeshen: Loved your comic, and loved the interaction between your and del's character. Pretty simple, but the comedy made up for it. Put a little more care on your backgrounds when you're dealing with perspectives, and I think the fade effect could have been shown better than just putting 'fade'. I don't think it was much of a cliche IMO, just depends on the interaction between two characters and the scenario. Good job too!

Delta: Absolutely grand. In a single page you tied all three of your characters into one lovely, perfect new story. And even better, it doesnt feel like retconning or exposition, its NATURAL. You've always had a knack for doing a lot with few pages, but this comic takes the cake in that regard. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Animeshen: this is a great piece that is honestly funny, which is hard to do. The last pages kinda falter, the "opponent's character stands there in bewilderment of their weird experience with your character" is a very common cliché here, riddled with lines like "what was that about" and "well that was weird". Take a page from Delya's scribe, look how unconventionally her characters react and behave with your ghostly character, and yet it reads great. Keep this in mind for next time.

Great job, both of you. You should be proud!

Delya: Great use of continuity - had to go back and refresh on those older comics, but it was a nice touch working that into this battle. Cool graveyard setting,  very atmospheric.

Anime: Really funny with some great expressions. Gray should watch out, going around making out with corpses like that... likely to catch something that way!

Both are pretty good. I enjoyed reading them! :3

I adore when she looks into the grave and then shes just in tears when they run off, and that last page ah I'm so excited! hooray! I can't wait to see! I'm just colouring the last page, I think I can be done in a few hours. Nex is also a great character and I had fun drawing him! Mine isn't the quality I was hoping it would be- I thought my spring break would be all art but instead it was all getting drunk and planning my wedding so some of the backgrounds are sorta phoned in and the end rushes a bit- but I had a fab time with the dialogue and expressions! Thanks for challenging me!
