I was really looking forward to this fight, I like both characters. But one has no entry and the other entry is so big I couldn't even read it =( super sad. Maybe next time.

Vid: Jules is a creepy, dangerous character that I love to see in action and you managed to keep the clash interesting and bloody. Its interesting that you made Gregory the main character and Jules more of the phantom like villain when I'm more interested in his motives. You've got some good expressions and coloring going on but its inconsistent in terms of quality and your compositions/perspective could do with some tightening up. Overall I liked it, can't wait to see who Jules haunts next.

Popo: Hey, I saw you were turning in a BB, so it's good you did the work. Misjudging what time you have left is a common problem for new people. I can understand that. Looking forward to the comic though.

Video: Shrink your pages. I know you know that. Also, it looks like you ran out of time. After this tournament, you should play around with longer deadlines. In the meanwhile, know your limits, and perhaps write shorter comics so you can have a more finished looking comic. There's art basics you need to work on, but who doesn't. Practice makes perfect, so keep drawing. See you next round.

Too bad there was no entry on your part, Popo. I'd love to see what you can do, since your character is pretty interesting.

A nice effort, video320. My primary critique would be to watch the scale, both between characters and backgrounds. Consistent sizes make a big difference! Good luck in the next round!
