I liked both of your entries, but you both made some strange choices and slips along the way. Both of you have only one page with your opponent - it's still better than none. And setting is strange... Futuristic drug abusive world without near to any explanation or exposition is very hard concept to grasp and so enjoy. Nazi jailer felt forced to me like any subject concerning nazies, since germany is way over it and people that are neonazists are mostly fluent in english - "Mein kampf" has been translated you know XD
I enjoyed sheldon's panel layouts more since they felt more profesional or rather thought through in sense of composition and merging dialoques and art.

I was looking forward to this one & loved the shit out of both of these, regardless of their completion.
Sloane's felt a bit more complete artwise & I really liked the space angle & the thought put into it, so I think my vote opted that way a little. Sheldon, your art was on point & the prison stuff was great. Liked the cyborg call back too. It stinks you guys couldn't finish, but I liked the coincidence of the opponent character just popping in on the last page with both. Hope there are continuations, be it as the tourney progresses or in the form of BB.

You know Sheldon, if you did finished versions of what you did here, I think you could go pro.

Craqued, totally digging your colors and crazy environments. Lots of lovely texture in your linework. I can always appreciate textured linework that doesn't come off as messy. I gave you a slight push ahead because your comic seemed to be the most complete.

Not much to say in terms of critiques, since neither of you really finished your comics. Nice pacing in both entries. Me like.

Sheldon, would have loved to see this shit finished more because goddamn. The self referential humor sort of excuses the cliffhanger ending so I'll let you off for that one. Would have liked to have seen more Swallow in the battle, because fuck yes, women in uniform.

hey craqued, I always forgot how psychedelic your stuff can be. I always like the feeling of this unsureness from your comics, not in bad way but it's like that feeling of "something aint right". Your designs are very interesting, i like the intestines/brain imagery on the first page. The whole entry makes me remember back time when i was in high school and was learning how intestines work. It's a pretty cool setting. Charlie is a riot in your style. looking forward to see more of your personal work ive followed on tumblrrrrrrrrrrr
