Rtv, again your side was filled with so much photoshop & effects, it really feels like you're trying to hide some fundamentally wrong anatomy. There's glaring problems with it & I really can't get past it. Also, are you making all of the 3D assets you're rendering into these? Because it wouldn't feel fair if they weren't yours.
At one point, I couldn't tell if pages were out of order but Estrella had Drednaut by the throat & then the next page is a splash (which didn't feel necessary) of him charging & then the next page, he's back in the choke again. If that's a mistake, fine, but if that was the intent, that really doesn't make much sense. And did you skip Drawdan's other character completely?

Dan, the characters felt a little haphazard & the way it was unfinished didn't do it any favors but those were some really solid pencils. Really nice lines. Too bad you didn't finish. But yeah, between the handwritten text & sudden computer text & everything, it felt rushed. Not a fan of the photo cover though.

Pon, There was a couple points where things felt a little too hurried in the art department, a little too rough. But generally, I liked your art a lot in this. My problem was with your text. Not only was the font choice bad, it squashed & stretched from balloon to balloon. Keep it consistent until it's time to make it huge, then Hold shift while you're scaling. It comes across as feeling careless & sloppy as it is something that's so easy to avoid.

I want to start by saying that I had alot of fun with this tourney! This last battle was deff very tough.I had planned from the beginning using this type of plot if I made it to the end..., but I didnt know at the time that I would be facing 4 characters, I assumed it would just be two. In retrospect, I prob. should have changed gears.  I also lost more than half of my drawing time to commision work ( I guess thats not a totaly bad thing) which is why the abrupt ending. No regrets though.,. I had a great time and learned alot.

RTV- I love your color work...love it...love it...love it... The plane in the snow and the city scapes...just awesome, but I agree the switch between that and the b/w work is alittle abrupt. The story was hard to follow for me, and I couldnt find white dwarf though...did I miss him... Quality wise, I think its the strongest entry.

Pon- your entry is deff the most consistant. Your gritty blacks and pantone greys are very cool. Your story was a little tough, it took me a couple of reads to follow it, but I really liked it. Your style is very unique and I always look forwartd to your comics.

Great art guys, it was awesome sparring with you both!

RTV: I definitely gave you highest marks for the colored pages in quality. I loved them lots! Wonder what the dialogue would've been because story wise I have no idea what's going on.

Drawdan: Aww man if only there was more than 9 pagessssss! Story was developing nicely but I think you spent too much time on the opening. It was also the easiest story to follow along but came to an abrupt end!

ponbiki: Congrats for a full entry. From start to end I was thoroughly entertained. The ending was a bit confusing but the last two pages made up for it. Aside from what Angie said about the dialogue, I think less text would've been better. Though the bad grammar provided a unique charm, I think.

I got to say yeah. I hard a hard time doing this one. I was actually trying my best in spelling but for some reason after reading
It now I was like oh shit I did really bad. So I'm sorry people. And not only did my English suck
But my Spanish too. Man I'm never gonna rush and have my little kitty run around my laptop while lettering.
Any who. I had a blast. This actually was like my third draft of a story. Once I'm home I'll scan the original
Concept. Were Pon actually fights frequency6 and totally gets Shankar by Rtv. Lets just say this would had been
A way longer comic. And the original ending was pretty cool but inlike my john malkavich ending.

Rtv love your colors man nice action. But I think you could have had done with out that cemetery scene
It just ate up to much of the comic. Since your characters were already seen battling in your last entries.
It kinda don't make sence to me how Rtv is in a plane since he was diying in the forest in your last comic.
Either way good entry.

Drednaut I dig your story and all but you seem to struggle on this one. It really confussed me. I like the art
But story really makes no sence even to me. It would had been better if you had just put your story on hold
And came back to it after the tourney. And just play this as something else.  Nice work.  And believe me I known how it is to try putting element that don't fit in your story I dint know what to do for dreds either.
My story was more about dealing with Rtv's past with Estrella.

I think you guys overall did a nice job. But it was pretty clear you guys had a pretty rough time cramming all the characters into the story since each entry suffered from pacing and flow issues.

RTV-I think the action was nicely done and I enjoyed the slick look of the colored pages. But it was clear you ran out of time since half the pages are missing dialogue or left in black and white. It would have benefited you a lot to just stick with a comic in black and white so the overall look of the comic would be consistent. Mostly silent comics are fine but when it's obvious there was supposed to be dialogue on some of these panels, it kind of pulls me out of the story.

Drawdan-your pencils were very nice on this! But I think you suffered the same problem you did on previous rounds, which was not knowing how to incorporate the characters into your story. It felt more like they were plopped in at the end just to fulfill the requirements of showing your opponents' characters. It also didn't really help that there didn't appear to be a proper ending.

Ponbiki-your's looked pretty nice and felt pretty epic, I also enjoyed the ending quite a bit for obvious reasons. But duuuuude you have got to get a proof reader and put more love and care into your text! I had a hard time reading through it because of the text. (and Pon, you and I are both well aware of how much text can effect how a comic is received) Drawdan's characters kind of felt like an afterthought but you did a good job with your characters' interaction with RTV's. There were some problems with clarity here and there like the random gun on the last panel of 16, while I got that it was Ponbiki's gun on the following page, I was initially confused since it appeared to be just chillin there in the panel.

Overall a great effort from all of you. Working with a large number of characters is no easy feat

Ponbiki, so few artists rule as hard as you~  .___.

All three of you get points for creative art styles. However...

All three stories felt very jumbled and were hard to follow. Ponbiki's was the most interesting, I just couldn't seem so get into any of the others, but I still had trouble understanding that last one.

Also, a rule of thumb for everyone here on the site: NEVER stretch type.

Comic will go up when Toast fixes RTV's. RTV, what quality setting are you saving your files as? I ask because looking at your pages they're all roughly 400-500KB which will break the uploader when you have a large number of pages. When I try to save your files in PS the quality slider automatically goes to 12/maximum which is what is making your file sizes huge. For internet browsing it is never necessary to save above 8 or 9 (high) quality, never ever use maximum since it bloats file sizes. That is why your pages won't upload and have broken in the past.

I expected someone would have issues uploading... It's likely have to fix when I get home tonight, so we're on pause until then.

Mee To!! I thought the 4 weeks was going to be from the 3rd of Jan. It would have been near impossiable for me to work on this during the holidays because I was out of town untill the 2nd. I can knock this out by the 17th, but it wont be quite as awesome. If it is all possable to give us a full 4 weeks from the 3rd that would be even better!! I really wanted to give this batlle some extra lovin!!
