I think one thing that would help your pencils a lot is having some true darks, since most of your shading is mid tone-light. I know that with pencil you're not going to get a true black but you can definitely get close as Caanan shows http://entervoid.com/view.php?id=2057&side=1&iid=4  it would really help your figures pop from the background and not feel so faded.

Sorry about the poor scans. My settings reverted back to defaults which led to the scans not being set to the proper resolution. Unfortunately, I had difficult circumstances on this effort to say the least, resulting in me not being able to maintain the enthusiastic vibe that showed in the execution displayed on pages 2 and 3. I also learned that I do much better when I stick to my original thumbnails, as I waffled on pages 4 and 5. No excuses though, I'm pretty pleased with the effort, with the exception of the scans and late page quality.

Finishing was the goal though and that was accomplished. I appreciate all the comments and crits guys. Please keep em' coming.

This really needed to be inked to be truly enjoyed. I also think you should ink it, to see how it would look inked, because sometimes pencil shadows look different in ink. The computer effects coupled with the pencils are kind of jarring and don't really work well together. Also I think you should have taken more time with this because the last few pages aren't as well done as the first ones. Why are their boobs in the last panel? Is that another person? I feel that should have been clearer.

That being said, the art was great and very detailed, thanks for posting!

Great job NJ... And I'm betting money that it is a female by the look of the arms.... interesting.

I think its probably a student or something? I dunno. I am probably wrong, but the 4th page with the figure entering in the last panel made me think that when I read the final page.

Also, does that last Nameless on the last page have boobs?

I don't that's nameless. Seems like a female version the way shes facing the nameless to the left.

But she has Nameless' mask and his hair.

Wow... You're an amazing artist. You have so much attention to detail and a very firm grasp on anatomy. I suppose if there was anything I'd like to see you improve on I would suggest exaggerating some of your motions a bit more. Not all of them, mind you. The guy jumping on the left of page 3 is really dynamic and awesome. I can feel the urgency of the moment. The palm strike at the bottom of the same page though doesn't appear as powerful. It looks like it might be the position someone would end in in real life if they did that move, but it doesn't look as explosive as it could on a comic page (like how most martial arts in films use flashy stuff while a real life martial arts fight would look more like UFC).

Also the punch that the guy is throwing in the frame above looks a little stiff. He looks to me like he should be leaning a little more to the left and raising his right shoulder a big, or maybe even raising his left elbow a bit more so that he can follow this attack with one from the left. I suppose it's a matter of opinion, but I feel like a wee bit of exaggeration in the poses will make it more exciting. That's small potatoes though, because as I said, your artistic ability blows my mind. Nice job, dude.

Man, you just have such a crazy awesome grasp of how to do action very well. I think the only thing holding this back is that your pencils aren't a consistent darkness and sometimes they can be just a little TOO light to view easily. Otherwise, this turned out real cool, keep on doing comics, dude.
