Neko, a format like that seems really limiting in terms of how you're able to tell the story on a page, but you seemed to really make it work. While the art was a little too messy, speed-painty for my liking it was still really good & in my opinion one of the better battles I've seen in a while!
RTV, while the coloring as pretty nice, your faces & anatomy were all over the place & the way you composite pages in photoshop leaves a lot of blank real estate. The 3D effects are nice, but there's a disconnect that occurs between it & the line art. It's not as weak as using a photo because you probably did generate it yourself, but still you really have to work harder to make it fit with your line art, both stylewise & in terms of perspective. Also, your dialogue is still really, really just deplorable. Not in terms of vulgarity either. I mean I never really like it in your stuff, as it's always kind of awkward, stilted, & pretty cheesy. But this reached new levels.
Scarlett vs. Rtv!

Neko- nice work, and a very interesting choice of presentation. Kinda feels like stills from an animation. My only real quibble is that it felt like you where just getting started. Not like a 'two parter' sort of feel, though there is that two, which is nice; but like there might be a page or two more somewhere... I don't know, could be me. Still, great work XD
Rtv: While your proportions were wonky, the backgrounds where super awesome, and the color made a lot of it come together. I'd have to say visually this is one of my favorite comics from you in recent memory. I do agree with Angie about the text stuff though. Still, like with Neko, I had fun reading this.
Nice job you two.

Neko-I'm loving the colors, I wish you'd work in color more often because you have a good eye for them. One thing that would have helped you a lot is making the stroke around the text a bit bigger because the text is blending into your images too much. On page 5 you had some issues with things blending into the background, like in that first panel you should have made Scarlett's shoe red to make it stand out a bit more. I don't think you should tighten you work up at all since things were mostly clear to me, just most of your problems could have just been fixed with color to make things stand out.
RTV-You really need to stop doing your lettering the last day dude haha your comics always look nice but I'm always taken out of the experience when I see like 5 different fonts and extremely pixelated word bubbles. It hurts your presentation a lot to see this nice crisp lineart against really pixelated word bubbles. I think your action was very solid but your dialogue kind of killed you this time. You usually do very well with dialogue, but this time around it felt more like catch phrases being tossed around that didn't really help or further the story which made it kind of hard for me to read. Like it's totally cool to make the characters bad asses, but when a lot of their dialogue feels like catch phrases it's tough to take seriously.

Both of them end early, but it's kind of by design I guess. This is a good example of why I like two part fights, Neko's could have easily been the first part, or even the middle part of the same battle. But that's mostly because there wasn't much too it besides the great art. Really, this is the kind of messy approach I like. And GD RTV, brought out enough of the stops? Really the only crit I can muster right now is the faces, but that's just you I guess. I really like the blurring in some scenes. Point RTV for the extra story and humor.

DJNeko - I was imediately taken in by the style alone which hooked me! The teargas in the dark room - stellar. But, it fell short in that it lacked story and I felt like it was cut short, almost like whatchin a flic and then suddenly it goes black. And I would have loved to see the starting style and detail carried through the whole fight, that would have added more weight to it. All in all good fight. Look forward to more.
Rtv!: DudE!!! You had me engaged man!!! From Jump!! You brought it for sure. I think the only thing that nay have hindered was some of the effects. They worked in spots, and in others seemed a little over-kill. Kinda lost or took away from the quality of eveything else. If it was all in the Cell-animation style, SIK!! And this being more during the explosions. Everything else was COLD! But the ENTERTAINMENT VAULE!!! OMG! That was sooooo SIK!! You brought man. You truly are from the First Class man! Way to represent! Look forward to the continuation of this fight.

DJNeko- Nice style you got going, last 2 pages seems more rushed I think. But, all in all it was pretty awesome!
RTV!- Damn dude! Pacing was great! The animation feel to the comic is just awesome! Really enjoyed reading it, man! Nice nice work! 20 pages in a month is not easy, but you did it! Well done!

Neko- excellent approach on this one, the stylization and colors were well hit. If only the fight couldve streched a little further I guess.
RTV- Man I didnt expect nothing else. The anatomy was wonky in some cases ( his arm on pg3 and Scarlet's face on pg 6) but entertaining and dynamic per usual. One more thing , it was kinda hard to seperate the foreground from the background in some of the later pages, I guess harder lines on the subjects may help.
But yo, Bravo. I'd like a swing at either/both one day.

There are two key pages missing, had to cut em out to keep the quality.
Neko...
MAD RESPECT! 13 hours and you made this entire comic work based off of 3 panels i showed you.
Made it look like the meeting betwen Rtv and Scarlett is edged in stone and an actual event in the character's history.
the way you do Scarlett makes me want to lick my screen.
Stunning! Reading the ending to both our comics i had to think of The Expendables' knives-vs-guns arguement.
We should rock again sometime.

Perhaps the best work I've seen in here in quite awhile. Kudos to both of you. Expect high scores. I'll get my crits on later.

Mailed them! Jesus what a tough five weeks.
Started out pretty good, but dispite the obstacles and setbacks i ran into in the process of making this, i'm happy i got so much done.
It's not perfect and i still have the moronic habit of doing the dialogue on the final day without reading what i wrote.
Overall i kinda took elements from my favourite and oldest battles and threw em all together for nostalgic reasons.
Neko, thanks for participating.
I'll go die in my bed now.
