Mokuu- better writing than I was expecting!
Great use of your character's personal history.
Amazingdavid- better art than I was expecting!
Thank you for drawing a giant stone/lava? gorilla. Felt like I missed a reference with Flint's final form.

Mokuu: wack fonts and huge page sizes really hurt your quality. easy things to fix. The jokes were actually pretty funny. BGs a bit lazy. maybe look at maps of urban areas to plan scenes instead of the random 1 point perspective lines of buildings.
Pretty good effort but for 4 weeks, think you could've given us more story. It's like the same furry hater story again. I liked the bold lines on pg. 1.
David: I say keep the dreads, plenty of baldies on void already.
DBZ-esque fight was pretty epic. Is ghost revolver Russian? If not I really don't get who that was..
def. like your layouts/comps/drawings. Would have loved to see a bit more of the solid black where there was scribble shading.
much respect for always mixin up the style/etc,.. look forward to the next!

Mokuu: nice quirky statistical intro there, loving the colours and fluid poses. Nice one!
amazingDavid: I dig the messy inky look, very reminiscent of Mr Kick Bit hard to follow but great effort regardless

Keep the dreads. I don't think anything else fits him.
Huh. I have nothing constructive to say. Oh! Right.
Mokuu: Your proportions are still a bit off there. Resize your pages correctly and clean up your lines a bit. D: Also, stick to cel-shading with this style.
Dave: Quantity over quality much? It almost feels like if you just let this comic slide to make it a bit longer. Some panels were amazing, though; I can't deny that. Also, Buddha face wins my heart.

Dave Um I am guessing this was supposed to be excessively long and overdramatic which was enjoyable but I kinda got lost as to who was the giant monkey and the mask face person. And I couldn't really follow once all the Kamehahmehahs started...
Mokuu... I liked the story but it kinda fizzled out and got really random at the end The art was pretty good, but the backgrounds could use a little more love...

PFFT! Only if you're Patrick Stewart or Bruce Willis! I say keep the dreadlocks, nothing says dirty scurvy bitten pirate like dreadlocks! And yeah, keep a closer eye on things like on page five, it's an easy mistake to forget actually.

. I think the only thing that really bothered me was the lines occasionally got a pixelated look like they were done in MSpaint like on the 5th page.

Yeah I uploaded some PNG files on accident that were converted from BITMAPS and then the resolution was lowered...I didn't realize till I saw it posted...OOPS!!

Mokuu-I wasn't a fan of the Ren and Stimpy font, since it felt like someone was trying to narrate a documentary or something a more formal font would have worked better. I think that you should really stick to traditionals, the Worltex battle looked a lot stronger than this. Either that or try to stick to cel shading because the more painterly look here doesn't work very well because the toning is so uneven. I think the lineart itself was a step up for you but you're still ignoring your backgrounds. Also make sure that you double check what you're uploading every time you upload a comic unless some of these pages were meant to be really big.
Amazingdavid-What you had here was very nice. While it's still very loose, it works very well with the action. I think this is a nice balance between being sketchy and being refined, you still have some great rendering and didn't lose any details. Mokku- Not sizing correctly took me completely out of the match. Was one of your better fights though.
David- I have nothing constructive to say, and I know you're not really supposed to comment if all you're going to do is
gush over how completely and utterly awesome someones work is...
but my god that was completely and utterly awesome! That style is pure pure sweet baby-making genius!
I felt the quality was actually UP in the art, not down. And I didn't see the linework as sketchy at all, I loved
the hatching and feel of it all. It was really nice to see you get away from the Paul Popeness of your art and this could
just be me but it seems you were really inspired by your opponents style this time. Trying to beat him at his own game
and in my opinion succeeding. Amazing!

David: I guess sometimes we just need to get a good fight scene out of our system...? Page 27 made me feel like the 26 pages I breezed through before were worth it, though. This comic seemed easier to follow than some of your others, also..
Mokuu: The first page text is difficult to make out. The font is fine, but maybe could've used some spacing between the lines or different colors or something to help clarify.
The font for the speech bubbles, though, doesn't fit the art well.
The sloppiness of the art isn't helping this comic... it would have been better to not bother with color and simply invest more time in the lineart.
and I'm assuming you forgot to resize 2&3?
The story was all right though. Even though pirates vs ninjas is way 2005... (pirates won)

David, this is a case where the quantity makes up for the quality. It was super rough but there's so much good stuff happening in there that it's exciting to see you flex your muscles a little bit. Good stuff, I just wish it WAS as tight as you're capable of.
Also NO Dreds. Gross. Seriously gross.
