Pretty good dragon, your art is moving along, just keep on anatomy. I think another key for you to work on art-wise is size relationships between objects, in your roughs, try to designate an object that "locks in the scale" a.k.a. "basic unit" and then relate everything else to it size-wise. let me know if that didn't make any sense, cuz it was funny to type.
i have to agree with jv that I think it's odd that the stranger is more buddy buddy here. I see him more characterized by his inability to relate to others on planet earth/void city. also I think he would of put up more of a fight, even after moo ties him up in his robe, I could see something like the tentacles just fly out of the hood and keep attacking. But I think it was your most accomplished fight scene yet, so just keep at man!

Nate: apology accepted, I do look forward to whatever you've got. Also, Mooo wins anyway
Backgrounds- I'm proud that up till this battle, 90% of my panels had backgrounds. Knowing that Mooo would command more attnetion to anatomy than a non-human or someone with heavier clothing, and because I pooched the first 2 weeks of draw time, I swore off as many background shots as I thought I could.
William D. you're thoughts on the camera angles, I completely agree. I always miss my battle's greatest faults until after they're up, and that boxing game feel is it for sure.
jv7x- I'm pretty pumped just to hear someone is as interested in my character as you are. Some of my earliest crits where about the Stranger being to harsh & ending a fight too quickly. Personally I had been thinking about these like real-life duels (ie. pistols at dawn, kendo, etc), which are over pretty fast (and I have fewer pages to draw) so more than anything I think exaggeration is the biggest lesson I need to learn. pages 4 & 9 are my favorite, and I hope that is my 'bar' from now on. Won't know until the next battle!
Also re: snail epiphany- page 6 & 11 show that the stranger's limbs can feel pain, and that a powerful enough hit to it's body causes those limbs to automatically retract.

Dragon-Dan: I really like how you are developing The Stranger. It's cool that he's drawing from his past experiences but I've been a little disappointed to see him soften up a bit in recent battles. I liked it better when he was cold and emotionless, kinda like a terminator. I think your art is progressing nicely. I liked the second panel on page one, very moody and sinister. Keep it up. As for the battle itself, it was enjoyable but I would have prefered to see the Stranger win this one. I wasn't really sure I got why he was beaten. How is he like a snail? At any rate, I thought this was a very good match and I look forward to more.

You do realize that I have to strangle you now, regardless of previous obligations in your life, right Nate? *reaches for your neck slowly* er... anywho, take your time, if possible try to do a bit more with your comic soon to start up new storylines and whatnot.
Dragon: Not bad, I liked how the fight went in this comic, but you gotta work a bit more on anatomy. Figures here are looking extremely stiff here. Also consider practicing details for backgrounds more, streets aren't usually that empty, and I'm not referring to people either. But not bad overall, but I think you could stand to push yourself more in the future.

It's a pity when one defaults but alas such is life.
Dragon-Dan I enjoyed your comic, there is much effort and work present here. Some panels are dynamic and well drawn but some of the other fall a little flat in my opinion. Too many straight on, first person angles like in a boxing game. I think you needed a few more exciting angles during the action sequences. Although the fight is clear cut and interesting. I enjoyed the end and what really brought a smile to my face was the Stranger's content moment when mooo accepted the fight (the arm wavy thing). Page four was probably my favorite page. Awesome job.

I apologize for not delivering on-time, but I'll have my finished comic up in a few days. My hands have been pretty full as of late.
Good job as usual, Dragon-Dan, and I hope you'll like the finished work I upload.

Dragon-Dan: I've really enjoyed what you've been doing with the Stranger so far. I'm really excited to see a new match from you.
Let's see a good battle, you two!
