C-c-c-cameo!? *BLUSH*
D, it\'s really refreshing to see a comic drawn from rat\'s-eye prespective. I would only ask that you keep drawing MORE backgrounds to your panels, the ones you have look really good! I love your shading lines and the action was also very easy to understand. *thumbs up*
Sand, seriously digging the new drawing approach, your depth and just... interest in what is going on in a panel really leveld up. I also liked how you played around with panel sizes and placements.
Really cute story, you two. It\'s great to see Crawford working together with someone (m-MAKING FRIENDS) and Samuel is just too cute. TOO CUTE. \\(*3*\\
Keep it up!

That was great guys. I loved both of your styles. High scores all around, but I\'m giving D-man the edge just for that bonus page

w00t first Julius cameo
I enjoyed the story a lot. I didn\'t remember Crawford running a coffee house, but I feel that is a good way to him, plus it has a lot of potential as for possibilities to come through it. I also like this partnership a lot, like one (or both) of you should simply encounter Aesimi and do something together.
as for the panels themselves:
D6016: I think thay have a nice flow, but you should try more angles..Page 3 is the most troublesome, look: in the \"What the fuck panel\" at the first eye-laying on it, I thought it was Crawford shouting it, because of the baloon positioning, or lack of \"tail\", dunno. The same baloon could be just like that then if you chose another angle, like a front view Samuel. The angle problem repeats in like all the other panels with the big haired guy, even if that was meant to show some kind of movement, some angle changing could make this motion even more interesting (but hey, i still found those specific very funny like it is right now), and would be a less repeating resource, since you executed it perfectly in the next page. Other than that, it was total awesome. He screming over the downed guy\'s butt is teh win!
sandpuppeteer: Whoa to the hatchings! I, as a former addict to them, just loved the surprise! However, I suppose some of them blen too much with everything else, sometimes making the panels confusing or losing dimensioning. Maybe a good thing is either the reduction of them amount or finding new ways to highlight and specify objects, dunno if you get it @_@. And oh my, the angles are simply amazing, even though they change like everytime, it\'s a real nice touch, and you find some real goods, my fav being first panel, last page (although not showing the characters, it blends with the last panel in a nice way)
Good work you two! *thumbs up*

it shouldn\'t be hard to vote on comics which continue the same storyline.....you don\'t have to be basing your votes on how each compares to the other.....you could always vote on the individual merit of each comic and let the points go where they go....

You two got me grinning like a fool. XD Dee, it\'s kinda sad you didn\'t get to color it, but the good use of poses, and angles really made up for it! I really liked the humor in both of this thing\'s parts. Crawford looks so sweet when he smiles every 453980432 years. XD
I\'m very content whith Samuel\'s way of doing things. He doesn\'t pretend to be a human and fights like a rat, which is awesome.
Sand, I\'m very glad you decided to go with that style at the end, you really controlled it and did what you wanted with it. Will you use it more in the future I wonder?

I agree with Weepy on this. I thought they were both executed very well, and a good story. I love the last page of D6016\'s though.

D, I gotta say, you get props for choreographing a fight scene with a RAT.
sandpuppeteer, you got style and attitude in your lines and I like it. I dunno if it\'s just my resolution, but your test was kinda small and hard to read for me. Might just be me though *shrug*
Keep up the good work you two.
