well, trying to default or not, if it had not been for story content and page count (i\'m a huge fan of longer stories... or at least ones that use the pages to the best of their ability... basically the more the marrier!), chumba would have taken this one...

of course kure, your still very awesome in your own right. i\'m still looking forward to a rematch with you someday... obviously after the touney... and after i got a new character. (still working on my new one, but i\'ve had a lot of distractions lately). i really wished that i didn\'t face you so early, i would have had a lot of fun battling you at this point, especially with how your character has developed. oh well, so much for what ifs.

I think everyone should just worry about voting on the comics on thier individual merits and stop fucking around and trying to control the outcome....give each entry what it deserves and be done with it

I\'m gonna say this right now: Don\'t you fuckers let Chamba win. DO NOT. Chamba\'s not gonna be able to fight in the next battle, kiddies, so why kill ALB and fuck our chances of another Kure fight? This is disturbingly close.

Kure: Great battle. It really was nice seeing ALB fleshed out a bit more, and his emotion about his love. He\'s really a nice lobster-guy, after all. : )

Although, I do miss the washes. And there was a bit too much black space in this. Just too much empty space on some pages.

Had to give my vote to Kure, cause Chamba is a busy guy. But I think he should of stuck to one page though... since he wants to loose this match.

But anywho, kure, you\'re defenetly trying something new, kinda missing the ink washes, but you still make this look good without them. Story is top notch too BTW, giving us a bit of insight on your fighter. Chamba, you\'re defenetly someone I would never underestimate, even if you don\'t want to win a fight! Unfortunetly storywise, kure sorta steals the spotlight from ya.

Dammit chamba, even when you try to lose, you\'re just too damn good! I voted kure higher for this one, good move giving him the bulk of the story.

Kure, definitely one of your finer works. Black and white is the hottest thing there is, no matter who\'s behind the colors. Story was absolutely awesome, and that last page is GOLD.

I understand where the council is coming from...Even though Chamba was declareing default...He won the battle. If you truley wanted out of the SDT chamba, you should have not turned in anything because your obviousley to good of an artist for people to let you default when you turn in the kind of quality work you turned in. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out.
