eminkey, I\'m really impressed at what you put in for a week\'s worth. The story flowed nicely and art was good.

doodlegirl, some of the shots were a bit confusing like the panels on 3 and 4 had me pretty confused. You get points in the creativity department though, good job on that. The last page didnt really add much.

eminkey: great job! short and sweet, i like the use of g-forces powers in this. You could have been a bit more creative in the reason for conflict department, but since you only had a week its good you used something that wouldnt take more than a page to get to the action. The store clerk was a nice touch and the artwork was great.

Doodle: It took me a while to understand what was going on at first, but i liked thestory alot! The combat was a bit messy but i got the gist of it. and since i\'m on dial up, i prefer quality over quantity in pages, otherwise i lose my attention span in waiting for all the pages to load.
I like g-forces plaid shirt and the hittin a lady thing made me chuckle.

overall eminky gets the slight nod, i\'m a sucker for eye candy and although i found doodles plot better, the dialogue was very well written in both of them

doodlegirl: i´d liked to see more in the style of the last page. also the lettering wasn´t all that great. hope you do better next time.

Eminkey: thanks ^^ im glad you liked alot, out of everyone on void, i was most nervous on what you thought. blut im relieved that you liked it. I\'m hoping, if its cool with you, maybe after I improve more, i would LOVE to do a rematch with you!

VIper: I know what ya mean, im using a fairly new program( manga studio debut) and i just noticed it cuts off some of the page (bleed thingy)  and the image on page 3, yeah, i didn\'t draw that, and  a little ashamed to say so. but I was strapped for time and couldn\'t waste any.  if it was a longer battle i would have drawn it myself. but still thanks for the tips.

Nice effort both of ya, I gave a slight advantage to G-Force, just a cleaner fight in my opinion.
I was a little confused by the sudden super detailed city shot in doodlegirl\'s compared to the sketchiness of the rest of the comic.  I had trouble stayin in the story, just may be the style doesn\'t appeal to me.  Its not bad just not my cup of tea.  The dialogue running off the page was a little distracting also.  Good showing from both of ya!

Great job doodlegirl! I love page 2. I\'m saving page 9. 9 pages? Man, and I thought I did extra. Nice. I think next time, I\'ll use black and white, and focus more on the action. Thanks for all the tips, dudes!

Emin- Great work. Great use of your powers without going over board. I like the resolution and the color is nice in this piece. I think I wouldn\'t be to upset if it was in black and white and a little longer. But really this is nice, funny and ya don\'t really need to know the characters to get what\'s going on. Keep up the good work.

Doodle- I like it, so what I have to say is to be constructive. I want a more solid comic and less pages for the next fight. This looks a little too blurry and there are too many lines. I love G Force\'s plaid shirt and I think there is real talent under all the extra lines. I think bring it down a notch and practice with a beyond the battle...this is gonna cost you a win in this fight from me, but I want you to know this is tough love. I want a tighter piece like your intro comic for the next one.

You both did great and I can\'t wait to see more. No one gets lower than a B today.

and i know the image on the third panel was a bit cheat, but i mostly
used it to save time.   i hope no one skews me for that. but, all in all  i think enminkey has this in the bag, i blew me away entierly makeing me quite embaressed of my rushed work. heh, i guess i just learned no more 1 week battles for awhile. heh

nice first work from the both of you...

em: good set up and you had a full color. full color won\'t always win, but you still did a nice job with it.

doodles: nice start, but i\'d have to say lay of the thick lines a bit. it makes you work look cluttered and very \'thumbnail\'-ish. this would have been a very close fight for me had your work looked a bit more clean. really. i found both of sides to be quite amusing (take it with a grain of salt comming form me as i\'m easily amused), em only got the bump from me in the quality department. that and the first panel on page 3 really threw off the feel of the art (forget that it was made by someone else... which is kinda a cheat, but i\'m not to worried about that. you have the same weakness as me in the area of bg. so i\'ll personally let it slide, but i don\'t know how others will take it... ) anyhoo, i can see a lot of potential in your work. keep it up!!!

oh, and i\'m looking forward to seeing your next battle, the one with phil...
