You\'re battle rocked

In contrast to Charmy, Mamoru could hold my attention like you could not believe.  Between a pretty slick and fast-paced fight that stretched on for a good while, using rather decent strategy (although I\'m not that big on suddenly revealing new abilities that we\'ve never seen hide nor hair of before) with COMMENTARY!  Holy shit, commentary!  Praise the Gods a-fucking-bove. XD

4am, I couldn\'t enjoy your comic as much.  Things happened so randomly and so quickly that none of it seemed to really tie together.  While your art was well-done, it lacked the fluidity of Mamoru\'s work.  Rather than causing my eye to work over the page quickly due to smooth storytelling, pacing, and panel-to-panel, it caused me to halt and stutter over the page while reading, which killed the experience for me.

On a good note, you did a really badass Phill.  He looked scary and goddamn intimidating, which is something very few artists do here.

All in all, good job to both fighters with strong, complete and well-done entries, but Mamoru takes higher votes in all three categories for a more enjoyable and better-paced read.

So for those who don\'t know ,i\'ll explain what happened with the nice scars and why shrapnel girl isn\'t  in a porno and why Mize doesn\'t have  a horribly fucked hair line and a 4:00am across his chest. Here goes this battle did not start out for good reasons (if you were there you know)
I was in the Void dev chat and at the time i was talking about how i would like to take on a whole group,namley  the  Eliles. Anyway  i dunno if it was what i said or how i worded it but it wasn\'t taken well and eventually degenerated into Mamoru and i Insulting one another, he challanged me to a scar match and i sent the challange on void. Namida had also said somthing her line was \"You could rename the exiles bloody roar.\" which led to Mamoru talking to P2 and him challanging Namida.  and then later on a Heated  Aim conversation. During the conversation  the stakes were higher we agreed that

  my scar would be that if  he  won shrapnel girl would lose all her limbs and  he would get to draw her in a porno for the Adult thread that  i detest...

 His scar  was going to be that i was going to  fuck up mize\'s pretty face and  cut off one of his hands and  he wouldn\'t ever be allowed to draw those  red glasses on him again.(which is proably why the glasses break in both our comics.)

the next day we both came to our senses he appoligized as did i and then  we decided to make our scars abit tamer out of respect for one another...so thats why the scars  may seem weak  to some.

long story short  i believe we both have a new respect for one another

4:00am - woah some of those visuals were....weird. but i really liked them. nice detail in the overall comic     and.....the way you drew seel\'s kusarigama was just AWESOME. i gotta fight you sometime  X3

Mamoru - there is always something about your fights that i really enjoy...i don\'t know what it is though. anyway, the quality seemed to decline as the fight went on....but it still looked good overall.

4:00am - I\'ve already told you what I think of this fight so far, it was a good effort and your style is really cleaning up!

Mize - dude it wasn\'t bad, but our anatomy really bothers me.  Faces in particular, they\'re often quite off.  The angles were sometimes too messy, but you pulled some good extreme perspective poses.  I liked the writing as well, and good job on coming up with a way for her to scar.

Mamoru! That is the CLEVEREST scar I\'ve ever seen.

Really close fight, in my opinion. Tied on story; Mamoru took the art category; 4:00 AM took creativity.

Could be worse man, He could get a small tattoo that\'s easily covered up with a turtle neck sweater, and somebody else\'s fighter could get more scars than him.

4am: Well, I appreciate the scar on my figher dude, but that\'s something you can save for our fight ya dig? Anywho, I\'m glad you\'re not jumbling up the text like last time, but the lineart still looks messy and anatomy (Especially faces) get too exagerated at the wrong moments (My fighter\'s nose getting uber big in each panel, eyeballs on shrapnel and mize getting to Total Recall perportions, etc...). Pretty decent storywise, but it seems like you tacked on  the exiles, those robot animals, and everything else for the sake of making shrapnel look badass. That might work on other folk, but not me.

Mize: Looking good artwise man, this is alot cleaner and easier to understand, though the sudden style change (Which looks really stylish and cool with it\'s toony look) seemed kinda last minute dude, maybe you should play around with that style a bit more and see what neat things you can do with this. Storywise, this was straight to the point and easy to read, you know that\'s what I like.

My vote is for mize, and I hope shrapnel is ready for a fight with me soon.

been waiting forever for this to go up.

ok 4am, kudos for the detail and pushing urself to another level, u can tell that u stepped it up in this fight but i felt distracted with the panda and other animal friends.That and the naruto refs popped up a lil 2 much for me seeing as some of the fight reminded a lil too much of an ep. Would of like to see u do more with shrap since this is the first time i seen u use her powers. Overall nice improvement

Mamoru...i usually tell u alot but the coloring on this one .....was nothing short of nice.You made shrap look hot, and the action scenes were nice touch.Would like to see more of the fallen mode and mize just let loose...but the engel eye is a nice touch
