Angie isn't her real name. Not exactly.

The flag was an ultimatum, a challenge issued by her older brother, Matt, to the rest of the world: If you want the dump, take the flag.

There's multiple parts to the dump, the legal shop up front that handles the basic garbage detail, the junkyard near the main house and the many, many, plots harboring contraband and disposing of dead bodies. The latter parts are what most gangs are after, the gateway to bigger, badder mafia connections the dump would provide, that the Garbinos were always to content not to indulge in and abuse. Papa Garbino taught his boys to keep a low profile, being one of the inferior branch families of the extended Garbino clan and having no virtual power, but in the end it didn't matter. They were taken out with the rest of the Garbinos going into Junktown on business one day...

...Angie survived her adopted family of four brothers and a father. She was charged with keeping the SPK running, but when the family was gone, so was the payroll that backed most of the dump's everyday functions. The staff all but left, with only the Chief Engineer to help run the wasteland. Kinqy arrived later on, and Angie's not entirely sure she's not just a bit of undigested biscuit.

And now Spinoza's gone AWOL...
