History -

His father was a dragon and his mother was a human. He was born and raised in a cliché Mafia-esque time. Deaf's father took to being a henchman in one of the local bootlegger gangs. After being accused of stealing profits from the group, Deaf's father was murdered in his home. His mother died shortly after of a freak case of pneumonia (hah). He set off to Void city to make some money, and put the past behind him. Kind of.
