SUBJECT TYPE: GHOST/WEREWOLF
Not much is known about the subject. She appears to have skin poisonous to the touch, however the effect appears mild when in her humanoid state. However, in her transformation state she appears to become a lot more potent - with cases of the ability being able to melt through flesh and objects upon phasing through them. It appears she has control over the potency even still. Could be useful.
Subject appears obedient, too obedient at times. Her demeanor is unusual for a monster...let alone one that is as much of an anomaly as her. I believe we are only scratching the surface with her, as she has shown signs of precognition and clairvoyance - though perhaps we may have an information leak on the latter I shall check out just in case she is digging around without our knowledge. Right now she only seems to respond to commands and very little else, refusing to take part in idle conversation by way of silence. The other thing that concerns me is the source of the poison ability as I am not quite sure how it becomes stronger once she becomes incorporeal. I am hypothesizing that it is some form of deranged psychokinetic-esque power, allowing her to shift particles and change their value upon contact...and even worse perhaps possibly without contact. As you can imagine its been hard to evaluate that aspect of her as it hasn't been at consistent levels, but this theory would help explain the apparent control over the potency.
Investigate a possible information breach as soon as possible for security reasons but if it is found out such a leak exists I am sure I don't need to remind you amateur mistakes are not tolerated. I can assure you punishment will be served swiftly with full severity. Another thing, Nine, a weapon is a tool that has a specific function and it is imperative she remains bound to the function in which we intend. Do not allow her a taste of free will. The moment she shows any signs of possible rebellion you know what you need to do. I trust you will do it. Do not get attached.
