Bio:

Milly, in a nutshell, is a wicked little witch,with a aspirations of becoming the most powerful witch around. She will do whatever she can to come out on top, using whatever nasty little spells she spit out. At thirteen years old, she can brew one hell of a potion.
In short, she ain't no Glinda.

Oscar, is her small animal friend, every magical girl must have one. He's a color changing ferret who has been on the wrong end of the wand one too many times. Has no real powers of his own, but is highly intelligent and often gets Milly out of tight spots.
