Su-ling is like Mia part of Delaborates. A group of demised living beings that need to find info and dispose of the exceptionals. (people that use extended brain capacity, energy maniupaltion, any thing that uses atomic, wave or dimensional energy.)
Only then the Delaborates are allowed to enter the 2nd dimension (afterlife)
It is a fact Exceptionals and ordinary human beings cannot stand against a Delaborate. Best options, run.

Su-ling is the most highest ranked, powerfull and zero tolerant of the Delaborates. 
Those are the most qualified requirments to track fast result.
She's sent to retrieve Miarella's body and dispose of what they see as Subject03, also known as our highest ranked, most powerfull and zero tolerant Exceptional: Rtv! v2.0
 
Like Miarella has Orgon as a servent in another dimension, so does Su-ling. But Su has a protective dragon she enslaved from the afterlife after it lost it's path. 
 
Su's double Scythe is made from the same metal as Mia's Demon Spine. But Su's weapon the Teeth Of Hell is carried on her instead of a different dimension.
She accesses everything interdimensional with the facial dots.
 
 
As of yet this Delaborate hasn't been scanned for weaknesses.

She is a Delaborate. Delaborates don't seem to die cause they're already dead.

As of yet we do not know where Rtv! v2.0 currently is. Rumours say that he was last detected at Horus House where he got swepped into a vortex.
