Saltman is a giant salt shaker from the dimension every world has; dimension where absolutely nothing makes sense. He usually has no idea of what's going on and he acts as the stereotype of the heroic superhero.
Saltman somehow managed to escape from his senseless dimension and now trapped in the "real world", he is making all kind of unintentional mischief.
