NAME: TYCHO ABRAHAM THOMAS O'SHANNESSY
OCCUPATION: LOOSE CANNON

BIO:

tycho O'shannessy went into the VCPD at a young age and was quickly elevated to special operations he got into a barfight with a secret hard drug smuggling underground crime/pony racing ring where his partner Chubbs was killed and he lost his eye after he was shot fifteen times in the chest with a shotgun at point blank and left for dead

using a zip tie and a butter knife o'shannessy was able to staunch his wounds and pursue the criminal scum unfortunately the mysterious crime boss escaped in a helicopter shamed by his partner's death o'shannessy quit the force

now he is a hardboiled ex-cop doing odd jobs for catnip accompanied by the occasional cheap whore and his magnum 'Duchess' on a quest to avenge his partner's death

he is starving because his palette must have only VENGEANCE
