Bio:
Coto as a child was always sick. From cancer to a stuffed nose. He was a sad little boy with nothing to do but play his games. Little did he know of an out side world, as well as played with another kid. Once around the age of 8 he had caught a virus that killed all cells of the body. Parts of his scalp were affected by the time he had gotten to a hospital. The virus was gonna travel thru the eyes to the brain if a docter didn't act fast. So the doctor uses small nuecklear explosions to destroy the virus. They finally get the virus but his eyes wnd up catching on fire. They were able to replace the eyes but not his eyelids. So now he can't blink or sleep unless the room is perfect dark. Some side effects also included partial nuclear radiation to the brain, givving him and eary look with an enlarged brain that can form rays of light to damage an opponent as well as form and alter objects for a in fight talent.
