Bio:
"Maybe there's someone left to save."
The bomb dropped and out came Andre. A Sentai Hero that failed to save his people. He monitors what city remains now, constantly searching for the next Hein. Only gaining the will to move on through absorbing what energy sources he can to continue his search, he's driven by the people lost due to his inaction and inability.
The old life is finished. There's work to be done.
Andre's strength comes from his sentai bracelet which is bonded to him. It can never be removed unless the Andre is killed. Simply removing the arm and placing it on someone else wouldn't give them any powers and would cause severe energy based shocks until they die.
Andre can be super strong and can be flying super high. He can absorb energy and rejuvenate himself through it. Fire, Plasma, Electricity, Atomic, any sort of energy, it all goes into him to heal. Andre also can control energy blasts of his own.
Andre can also absorb powers from other fighters, he got the ability to fly from his deceased friend Tyr. (Used for scar or death matches only.)
Andre does not speak ebonics. He will never say nigga, homie, or anything else you're going to see spoken by P2 or RTV. (No offense to them, of course.)
Scars

Scar across his face and on his midsection. - vs Nameless
Small gash on his ear. - vs ScurCrow
X shaped scar on his forehead. - Scarmageddon
