Ex-Monk

After his master is brutally murdered, Chia-Hui escapes to a monastery to train. He learns much there, but is found out as having hate in his heart, and soon leaves the monastery to fulfil his thirst for vengeance and bloodlust on any evil doer he comes across. In a quest to rid the world of badness, it is not long before he learns the majority of all evil reside in one place... Void City.

In a battle of first blood with the Shepherd that came to a draw, Chia-Hui gave away his bloodied robe and in return was given a sheep. It is supposed to aide him in his quest, though he is not sure how yet.

Learning new and different ways to fight and to speak english, from Media.

Phill challenged Chia-Hui to a death-match, then instead preposed a scar match, then backed down again. Chia-Hui, feeling he had been called out and disrespected, chased him down getting him to agree to a fight. When they met, Phill again refused to fight, pushing Chia-Hui to the side.
Chia-Hui was then jumped by 3 thugs and got to scars on his face in an anti-climactic finish to the whole affair.

Beginning to fit in and learning to control his temper, Chia-Hui has started to make friendships and begun to like a girl (Itami) who works at the local diner he frequents.

Unbeknownst to Chia-Hui he has been tracked and followed by an old enemy, finally catching up to Chia, stabbing him repeatedly and leaving him for dead after being chased off by Mize & Mooo.
