Dandy Dan is a gentleman ruffian spoiling for a good tussel. He travelled to new york hoping to find a worthy opponent yet all fell to his fists. Until oneday. He was bested by a mysterious cloaked figure who after defeating him left an invitation to join the riot league on his chest. determined to defeat the only person hed lost to and to fight others of his skill he sets off for liberty city (void)
Dandy Dan as said before is a gentleman, he fights queensbury rules style, straight up clean boxing. Yet that doesnt mean hes an idiot, if he see people using under handed tactics he'll retaliate in the appropriate way.
Dandy Dans main ability is that hes a tactician. He analyses peoples styles finding the best way to counter and break their defense and attack. Although boxing is his speciality he is versed in wrestling though martial arts are a fairly new form of combat to him
